Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit-Based Refund Policy

All credit purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Once credits are used to generate AI outputs, they cannot be refunded.

2. Failed or Defective Outputs

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the deducted credits will be returned to your account after verification. Please contact support@dilogs.com for assistance.

3. Cancellation of Service

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, unused credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated except as required by law.

4. Promotional Credits

Free or promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. They expire according to the terms of the promotion.
